What services does Fast Track TCI offer?
We provide expedited airport services for both flight arrivals and departures, including Fast Track through Immigration/Customs and Security Screening, private SUV transportation to and from the airport, and in-city transfers (e.g., to dinner, meetings, etc.). We also offer personalized assistance for a seamless and hassle-free travel experience.
How do I book a service with Fast Track TCI?
Booking is easy! You can reserve any of our services directly on our website. Simply choose your desired service, fill out the booking form with your details, and proceed with the payment.
Do I need to book Fast Track services for my children?
Children 2 years old or younger are complimentary. For children over the age of 2, they are required to pay the standard rate per person. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions regarding children's bookings.
How far in advance should I book my service?
We recommend booking your Fast Track service at least 72 hours prior to your arrival or departure. However, during high-demand periods like holidays or weekends, we suggest booking further in advance to ensure availability.
Are car seats provided?
Yes! We offer car seats for children at an additional cost. Please provide us with the age and size of your child, and we'll send you a list of available car seats to help you make the right selection. Please note that installation of the car seat must be done by the parent or guardian.
How do I receive or locate the Fast Track agent for my arrival service?
Upon arrival, our Fast Track agent will be stationed at the Fast-Track™ podium located inside the Arrivals Lounge directly ahead as you enter the terminal before proceeding to Immigration/ Customs. The agent will give you a wristband and guide you through expedited immigration. Afterward, they will help you retrieve your luggage and escort you through customs to your curbside transportation.
How do I receive or locate the Fast Track agent for my departure service?
For departures, please head to the Fast-Track™ podium curbside, clearly marked with our name and signage. Identify yourself to our agent before checking in, Once check-in is completed with the airlines, the fast track agents will escort you through expedited security procedures. Note: We do not assist with check-in as we are not affiliated with airlines.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, you can make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled service by logging into your booking portal. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us at info@fasttracktci.com.
How much time should I allow for airport pickup?
We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours and 30 minutes before your flight’s scheduled departure. This will allow you sufficient time to check in, clear security, and use the Fast-Track™ services.
What is the cancellation policy?

Do you offer group discounts or promotions?
Currently, we are offering a 10th passenger free promotion , where every 10th person in your booking receives a complimentary service. For additional details on any active promotions, feel free to email us at info@fasttracktci.com.
What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?

Can I reserve transportation for more than 6 passengers?
Our luxury SUVs can accommodate up to 6 passengers legally and comfortably. If you have a larger group, additional SUVs will be required to accommodate everyone.
What happens if my scheduled pickup time is missed?
If you miss your scheduled pickup, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate you based on availability, but missed pickups will incur additional charges.
